Why Teacher in Balance?
I am a primary school teacher of over 12 years, However, my career path started 20 years ago as a dance teacher and Zumba instructor, to which I owe a rich background and a deep passion for health and fitness.
For many years, exercise was my source of joy and vitality, shaping my lifestyle inspiring those around me. However, as life got busier as a Mum, educator, and taking on more responsibilities; I began to feel increasingly tired and run down, which led me to step back from my active pursuits. I felt a lack in energy, increasing weight gain, and heightened stress that makes me feel ill and disrupts my sleep - does any of this resonate with you?
I am on a mission to reclaim my wellness and help others do the same. Through this blog, I aim to share valuable insights, tips, and experiences that supports teachers, educators, and parents alike.
